Caribbean Human Development Report on Citizen Security

In 2009, the UNDP Offices in the Caribbean region decided to prepare a Regional Human Development Report on Citizen Security for the Caribbean. The reason for this decision was that crime and violence represent some of the biggest challenges facing the Region.

UNDP in Jamaica, one of the participating Countries, has supported research and analysis for the preparation of this Report. We also drove national consultations with key stakeholders. These consultations were used to engage multiple stakeholders and to sharpen and guide the focus of the report. More>
