Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
The Project Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:

  1. Provide logistical support for the delivering of training and capacity building activities to the organization and coordination of in-country implementation activities, workshops, missions, seminars and team meetings
  2. Assist the Country Co-ordinator in preparing technical presentations at workshops, seminars and meetings planned for the project as well as the Programme’s knowledge management networks and portal.
  3. Record, prepare and distribute meeting notes and other administrative tasks as assigned by the Country Coordinator
  4. Provide support to the updating and maintenance of project files
  5. Assist in the management and preparation of financial records for grant funding programme with financial review and auditing of proposals and disbursements of funds under the grant funding programme,
