These guidelines have been developed for Country Government institutions, that act as
Executing Agencies/Implementing Partners, and are responsible for the technical and
administrative execution of a development cooperation Project pursuant to United Nations
Development Program -UNDP- policies and procedures.
The purpose of these guidelines is to present standards and procedures applicable to achieve project objectives and the management of the necessary project inputs to be implemented under the national execution modality, in those cases when a government institution acts as Executing Agency/Implementing Partner.
